Smile Obsession Tinley Park

The experience was ok. Upon arrival checked in was smooth and easy. There was a small wait but not even 5 min so I can’t complain. Next I went to the X-ray machine where I asked that the Piece where I would put my face to be wiped off, instead the dental assistant told me that she wipes it after every client and proceeded to tell me to put my face in the machine. Afterwards I was taken to the room for cleaning and again I was very uncomfortable because usually instruments are cleaned or replaced in front of the client but this was not the case. The dentist came and and most of the things done were standard until she started to do a deep clean and I let her know it hurt and was very uncomfortable for me. She then began to get snappy and tell me that she has glasses on and a flashlight and she can see everything that she’s doing so it shouldn’t hurt. At that point I made up my mind that I wouldn’t go back.

A+ interaction from start to finish. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very patient and very helpful with filling out the previsit paperwork. They did a thorough job explaining to me how the entire process was going to go. And they were very thorough with explaining to me how my discount plan was going to be applied to the bill at the end of my visit.

The best dental experience, staff were professional, dentist is knowledgeable, overall good experience

The dentist was professional and thorough with the examination. His assistant, Stephanie was talkative and guided me through the xrays as well as gave good communication.

I had an exceptional experience at Smile Obsession. Having not been to the dentist in over 10 years, I was quite nervous, but the team greeted me with such a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Sean Marfia was truly amazing he took his time and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made the visit completely stress-free. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

The office looks great, the technology is up‑to‑date, and the staff actually listens. I left feeling confident about my smile and the care I received.
