Hi! I am Dr. Kapoor and I am a general dentist and co-owner at DSK Dental. I share and founded our practice with my sister Dr. Sharma. I graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Dalhousie University in 1995, and since then, I have aimed to build a reputation based on a warm and gentle demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and uncompromising clinical excellence. At DSK Dental I focus on preventative and aesthetic care to create healthy and beautiful smiles. Currently, I live in Toronto with my husband, Sunil and our two beautiful children, Ishaan and Anisha. I cherish the time I get to spend with my family and have a passion for travel, yoga, meditation, kickboxing and spending time with our lovable dog, Sparky. To stay up to date with new developments in dentistry, continued education emphasizing new technologies, dental comfort, and aesthetic dentistry are very important to me. That is why I am an active member of The Ontario Dental Association and the Toronto Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
What are you proud of in your practice?
Over the last 7 years, we have developed a practice which combines art, science, and technology with comfortable care. I am very proud we are able to deliver personalized care, in a relaxing, and spa-like environment.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
Although I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, I have a passion for cosmetic dentistry. There is little more rewarding than seeing people who have been afraid to smile for years, leave our office with the confidence to smile again.
