I received a reminder call that morning and when I asked for directions the receptionist for very helpful. At my appointment Dr. Shabanpour came out and met me. I found that the dental hygienists working with me ( Nimet and Phoebe) were very knowledgeable and patient. They let me know exactly what was going to happen next and I received great general hygiene tips for after the appointment. Despite arriving too late for my dental cleaning appointment due to a car that refused to start on a snowy winter day, Dr. Shabanpour kindly agreed to see me because I had been experiencing some discomfort from one tooth for a couple of days. As it turned out, the tooth was infected and needed immediate attention. After carefully explaining to me my options, the Dr. arranged for me to see a specialist.
