Born in Tehran, Iran, raised in Istanbul, Turkey, he graduated from Dental School, Marmara University, Turkey. He started his adventures by reverse immigration to Iran, passing the exams and becoming a dentist there, where he opened his luxurious dental clinic to deliver high-end cosmetic dental services to his patients. After 15 years of dental practice he immigrated to Canada. He then managed to pass his Dental board exams successfully and started to work as a Canadian dentist. He has been running his own practices in the GTA since then. He sees a variety of patients from diverse ethnicities, due to his fluency in three languages, his ability to listen to people, and calm nervous patients. He’s a unique problem solver, creative team coordinator, a great cosmetic and family dentist, and a unique team member in Smile Point.

Understanding and expert in his field

Today I Got a cleaning & filling done Very good and pleasant experience Everyone is professional The dentist is very kind, gentle & has a listening ear. He is not arrogant, as in when I suggested something He was open to new info as oppose to play the ‘know it all’ , ‘don’t tell me what to do’ His assistant is pleasant and hygienist knowledgeable I would go back and recommend others to go

First time here. Office is clean and staffs are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Forootan is very knowledgble and professional! Will come back for sure!

Great service

I was seen by Dr. Lila instead of Dr. Nariman. She was very calm and definitely has a light hand when doing my dental care. She explained the panoramic xray result in a way that I can understand it better. She was nice same with the rest of the staff in the clinic.

Upon meeting the reception she is great and personable. The Dental hygienist was great as wellshe explained the process throughout. Meet Dr. Forootan he was great. He explain my x-rays and where work needs to be done. I felt comfortable around all staff. I will return.

Very professional and friendly staff. They made me so comfortable and walked me through my check up and examination step by step. Best cleaning I've ever had! The hygienist was thorough and I felt so comfortable through out the entire process. Excellent practice and very clean.

Best dentist I've every been too. He's very friendly and put me at ease, he has great bedside manners, and excellent dentistry techniques and experience. 10/10 i would definitely recommend him and his clinic to my friends and family.

Didn't feel rushed. Looked through my patient exam and explained the procedures. Made the clinic aware of my insurance limitations and they were careful to accommodate.

From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone is super friendly. The place is beautiful, very clean and I felt safe going there. I'll definitely return!

Dr Nariman Forootan was wonderful. He explained everything to me in plain English. Much appreciated the walkthrough of my treatments. I definitely recommend this clinic. Plus the hours are excellent. They're open on Sunday.
