The hygienist Katie was very thorough and really took the time to explain everything during my initial visit. Dr. Mo took the time to answer any questions I had and was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable reaching out to ask any questions I may have in the future. She explained everything so well and really made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sobhi was amazing too! She’s very sweet with a great energy about her but also so educated and professional. I really felt like I was in good hands with her and will continue with her. The location has the latest of everything in technology that I saw and is so esthetically pleasing and clean. I was paying out of pocket and they were so transparent with everything and in the know. My appointment started 15 minutes late and then ran long so i was there for almost 40 minutes longer than i had planned to me. There was no waiting time to see my dentist/hygienist which is something that I experienced a lot at previous practices. My hygienist, Katie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions and explained everything she was doing when I asked. She also provided some great product recommendations that were genuine and not part of some brand partnership. The best part was the complimentary mouth scan as part of my new patient intake, the scan is supposed to be used for Invisalign consultations. This extra service gave me a look at my teeth/gums like I’ve never had before and really brought the entire experience to another level.
