The team displayed great professionalism while being personable; this was comforting to me as they understood I may have had anxieties about the visit. The team informed me of each procedure/next step with great clarity and answered all my questions. Health & safety protocols in place at the office are streamlined and communicated well to patients prior to arrival and during visit.
