The staff is super helpful with everything. They were kind enough to help me with the insurance process. The hygienist was extremely professional and was careful, which was nice as I was very much nervous at my first appointment. The doctor was gentle with the examination and explained the results clearly. In whole, I had a very comfortable and great experience here.

Dr Cott was really knowledgeable and carol was equally helpful and accommodating. Overall great 1st experience at the dental clinic, never felt any pain during the checkup, given that I was always scared of dentists generally. I’d appreciate a better transparency about the insurance coverage and it’s utilisation plan beforehand though. Overall must visit!!

Visit the location from CIBC entry, and go down the stairs and you’ll get there easier. The service there seems honest, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The dentist explained details.

Hello, I visited DSK Dental Clinic today and was given a bill. I was told that I need to contact my insurance company and submit the claim myself. However, I have since learned that the dental clinic is normally responsible for submitting the claim directly to the insurance provider. Could you please clarify this and submit the claim on my behalf if this is the correct process? Thank you.

The location is very convenient, right inside the mall, with free parking available. However, they don’t offer direct billing, which is fine, and they can submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf. Unfortunately, I was asked a few times for my insurance information, They also didn’t provide an invoice. Overall, the process felt very unorganized and frustrating.
