They took care of my issue during the first appointment and Dr Reem was very thorough with the explanation and options.

New patient with some nerves. The team were very attentive and checked in with me every step of the way. Process was efficient and thorough.

There were some procedures that I hadn't heard about previously, but I said yes to them since I was already there and they wouldn't take too long. Thoroughly explained every part of my visit really well and I was at ease the whole time.

I was happy with my initial appointment at Junction West. The staff were very friendly, the hygienist and dentist were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. It was a nice experience.

I was actually sent to King Bathurst dental as there was no availability at Junction even though I could booked via Opencare. However the staff at Junction was really polite and moved my booking to King and Bathurst, the ones at King and Bathurst were also nice, explain everything, answer all of my questions, ensure if im comfortable. It was much better experience than I expected. No wait time as well.
