I had very good experience throughout my cleaning process. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything in detail. Overall I would say very good service.

I contacted the office before showing up to the appointment just to confirm my insurance, and I got great support from Junction West Dental! The experience was very smooth and I already got my 2nd appointment set up for my teeth:) Highly recommend!

My only critique is for front seat to be more communicative On the exit: ‘Have a seat, it’s going to take us a few minutes to connect with your insurance and we’ll call you when we’re ready.’ I think that’s more helpful than; “take a seat’. On the entrance, Hi! Do you have an appointment? Or hello! How can I help you? Instead, I was greeted with eye contact and a neutral expression. She did this the first I came so I knew I was going to have to do the talking - i supplied, ‘I have an appointment’ … no expression but she asked ‘name?’ I said Allison. And then I got, ‘last name?’ Then she said ‘take a seat’. I don’t know, for me that’s not enough friendliness, but I’m friendly! That’s my only feed back. (Ps. First time I came in it was going to rain; I had a laptop with me, umbrella, so coat and the same front desk person sitting closest to the door didn’t say ‘hey! Why don’t you hang up your jacket in the closet; here’s where you can put your umbrella and this is the wifi - also we’re running behind so you’ll be waiting for 15 minutes at least’ …
