first hygienist’s (or assistant’s) bedside manner was lacking; I was relieved she was only responsible for taking photos and not the actual cleaning. The visit got progressively better though as the second hygienist was better: thorough, knowledgeable, kind. The dentist, Dr. Marwah, was even better: great bedside manner without being nosy or overly familiar, upfront, and did not try to upsell me, which I’ve unfortunately experienced with dentists before. S/O to the office administrator who was welcoming and helpful. I look forward to returning for my scheduled appointments!
