I had a great experience at Junction West Dental. I felt very attended to and comfortable. I really appreciated that all the explanations I received were thorough and professional.

Staff were kind, helpful, and non-judgmental. I have dental anxiety and struggle with visits, but they made my cleaning as non-stressful as possible. They found a couple cavities, and offered to use gas to make that appointment less stressful for me.

They were nice. There were some issues with my insurance and they overcharged me at first but they were good about fixing it.

Friendly staff booked a followup visit as well. The team told me on what to do and not to do. Happy with my visit

Excellent clinic. The staff are warm and welcoming, direct billing is appreciated, the hygienist was very thorough and friendly and was mindful of my sensitive gums. The dentist gave thorough explanations and treatment plans; she explained everything and did not rush like many dentists do. I felt like she cared about my understanding of everything. I’ll definitely keep going here.
