Explained my issues in great detail with complete honesty so that I could make my own decisions. Also very friendly and nice, reduced my anxiety a lot.

The hospital staff is nice . They talk to you and note all the problems you are facing. Also suggests if any necessary scanning's or x rays is needed.

The staff there are very nice and they do a very thorough job.

They were all very gentle and I left with a lot of new information about my teeth. Thank you for being so caring.

The staff was very good and so professional in all aspects. I would say perhaps the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Berzin was very thorough and answers all of my questions with care and understanding

Doctor Berzin is an amazing professional who cares not only for your dental health, but also for your understanding of how everything works and what is going on with your teeth.

My appointment with Dr Berzin was very thorough. I've had several dentists in the last 5 years, and have to say that this office's checkup, profile, and hygiene were the most extensive I've experienced. Dr Berzin spent time discussing my oral hygiene 1-on-1 until I was satisfied. The one qualm I have is that I can't tell if I'm being upsold or not.

Our experience with Dr. Berzin and the staff at City Dental was incredible. A welcoming and clean office. Comfortable waiting area. A calming and professional set up. I can't say enough good things about the team. They were familiar with Sjogren's Syndrome, the autoimmune disorder I live with. I recieved great health teaching and a treatment plan that works. They made my son feel at ease. He's 17 and has never enjoyed a dental visit until now. Really truly thankful for being introduced to City Dental.

from the moment I walked in everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and through my cleaning my dental hygienist explained everything and continued to check in that I was okay every couple of minutes. a great experience, if you can say that about the dentist!

Kristine, Minet and Dr Rahimi were so professional and warm. They really work as a team and ensured I understood what I needed to know. They discussed my dental care with me without pressuring me but also were up front with me about long term impact. I felt I was in great hands. The office and facilities are excellent and Dwayne at the front desk was quick and helpful. I am glad to be in their care.

Exceptional service...Kristine was so communicative! And I really appreciate the goody bag...oh and the bottled water upon my arrival. I was basically given a tour of the place because Kristine briefly explained the rooms.

I have a health issue and wanted to rule out any hidden infection as I do experience some discomfort. My need was met.

The staff were very kind and helpful. It wasn't a long wait to see the dentist and the front desk was also very helpful. Dr. Berzin was super helpful along with the nurse. They answered all my questions as well.

Starting from making an appointment it was totally great in all steps. Dr. Lion Berzin is awesome to deal with all kind of patient's worry and very efficient. His team is the best! They are all very professional and each and everyone has a compassionate ear. I was totally overwhelmed when I got a phone call from the doctor himself at night checking my condition after a small surgery on the same day.

Dr. Berzin is, in my opinion, a very good dentist. His manner is low key and despite the fact that I am always hesitant about visits or treatments he is very understanding and always listens to my feelings. He is usually right about necessary procedures and performs them with a minimum of fuss. Full marks.

From the wonderful, friendly reception staff; to the fabulous hygienists and dental assistants; and finally to the incredibly talented and patient, Dr Berzin: I cannot recommend the staff at City Dental enough, and felt compelled to share my story for anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Having moved to Canada from Australia, I had yet to find a dentist and had been hesitant in looking as I had heard horror stories from others about experiences and being told they needed unnecessary work. However, in August this year I ended up with a front tooth emergency whilst on holiday in NFLD, so my boyfriend (who had been going to City Dental for a number of years) booked me in for the day I returned. I arrived at City Dental apprehensive about what to expect and in a lot of pain. They were simply wonderful and made me feel relaxed and at ease, despite the fact that they ended up having to perform 4 hours of emergency dental surgery! I needed my fractured tooth removed and a subsequent bone graft. I was devastated and beside myself that I had to leave there without a front tooth, but they performed miracles and organised a retainer type appliance with a front tooth attached to be delivered 24 hours later. Unfortunately, the retainer not something I particularly enjoy wearing so Dr Berzin saw me a number of times afterwards (all free of charge) to make adjustments to try and make it more comfortable, and patiently took the time to discuss ongoing options with me. More importantly, he wouldn’t let me spend the $2000 on a Maryland Bridge as he said that my bite would cause my teeth to knock against it and possibly damage them/and or knock the bridge out. I am sure there are many dentists out there that would have just let me spend the money with them! However, all of this isn’t even the reason why I decided to take the time to write this review. Regrettably, a couple of weeks ago I LOST the retainer just before I had to leave for a weekend trip to Chicago. They were so lovely to me on the phone and very empathetic that I had to be away for a long weekend without a tooth! They organised for me to come in first thing on the Monday morning to do impressions for a new retainer, and put in a temporary tooth for the 48 hours until the retainer arrived. Again, all of this was free of charge! And when the new retainer arrived, they only charged me just a little bit over cost for it!! So unbelievably wonderful of them that I just had to put it in writing for all to read! Thank you City Dental….you guys are amazing!!!!
