Great staff, professional

I had a super pleasant experience with Urbanview Dental. Right from the beginning, they were transparent with their pricing, punctual with appointment times (and clear that they expected me to be punctual too which I appreciate) and the dentists & assistants were friendly & knowledgeable. I did a cleaning & cavity filling with them and had a pleasant experience with both those services!

Great professional care from the dental team! However, my experience at the front desk was less than ideal—while Chantal was helpful, another staff member seemed aloof. A more welcoming approach would improve the overall experience.
