Incredibly thorough examination with scanning technologies. Helped me understand my teeth better than typical x-ray and the dentist was about to help me take care of my teeth better. The fluoride they used is a bit new for me and sort of sticks to your teeth while it dissolves which was a bit funny to walk around with, but overall really great experience and would come back again!

Great attention. The doctors and staff in general are always kind. The cleaning was a little bit rough though

I had a wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned at UrbanView Dental clinic. The staff were professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was spotless and well-organized, and the care was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Great staff

Appointment went well; staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Chose to remain with former dentist given increased teeth sensitivity after cleaning and differing opinions about need for fillings (received sealent on molars as a teen and was told they had to be drilled into and replaced; former dentist I was a patient at for 5+ years never raised any concerns regarding this). Chose not to continue treatment to avoid costs and unnecessary procedure.

Dentist was excellent, although the dental hygienist was a bit too gentle with the cleaning and didn't feel like my teeth were thoroughly cleaned compared to other clinics that I have been to.

I had my annual dental cleaning here. I do not smoke, I brush my teeth twice a day, and I floss almost every night before bed. Before my appointment, I asked for an estimate, but I was surprised by the final bill, which was much higher than expected. Heather, the hygienist, was friendly, but she spent a lot of time talking about her personal life during the procedure, which seemed to make the appointment longer than necessary. When I questioned the bill afterward, I was told the extra cost was because the cleaning took longer.. something that did not feel fair to me. I take good care of my teeth, so I did not expect to need an unusually long or difficult cleaning. On top of that, when I saw the dentist for an examination afterward, they had to clean areas that were missed, which showed the initial cleaning was not done properly.. yet I was still charged significantly more than usual. Overall, I felt taken advantage of and very disappointed with this experience. I wont go back to this clinic.
