Dr. Arash Mehrnama

Dr. Arash grew up in the DC Metropolitan area. Prior to moving to New York City for dental school, he attended George Mason University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He went on to attend dental school at the New York University College of Dentistry. After spending four years in New York City for dental school and another year in North Carolina for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, it was no question that he wanted to return to the area he calls home. During his years in New York City and North Carolina, Dr. Arash had the opportunity to learn from mentors and colleagues that helped shape him into the dentist he is today. His goal in this profession is to build a connection with his patients and see what their dental goals are and to do what he can to help them achieve those goals. In his free time, Dr. Arash enjoys working out, watching sports (Go Caps!), painting, playing guitar and singing, watching movies, and attending concerts. He also has a pet parrot who has been in his family since before he was born.
