My overall experience is great, entire team of Doctor, Hygienist, assistant and helpdesk ... Everyone did their job perfectly.

Very accommodating, I was running late because of work and they still managed to squeeze me in 30 minutes late!

Raymond the hygienist was excellent. Very thorough and attentive care.

It’s been a while since I have been to the dentist, but my visit went above and beyond all expectations. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and thoroughly explained everything at every step. I am not one to look forward to any dental or doctor appointments, but I am definitely looking forward to my next appointments at Alberni Family dental. Thank you to the staff!

Everyone was so professional and nice!! Anytime someone was doing something they’d take the time to explain it.

This was my first ever visit at a dentist in Canada. I am from Europe so I am used to a different approach to patients and this was memorable since it was my first and also very friendly, detailed, explanatory, I got to know every single tooth in my mouth better than ever before since they did a lot of scans. The Doctor is also from Europe so it was really nice to chat with him. I really do recommend anyone who lives downtown and cannot decide which dentist to visit. 😊

Great experience, everyone is very friendly and professional.

Had an okay experience here - the receptionist, Raymond, was incredibly kind but took a really long time to explain every single step (which personally I would prefer to skip to make the appointment shorter) and kept re-capping every finding multiple times. The dentist, Dr. Sonny, came in and was pretty impatient with me, just announcing what he found and taking off quickly. I was the last appointment of the day so maybe he was trying to get out of there. Either way, care was good here, but probably won't be the clinic I commit to in Vancouver.
