The appointment itself was punctual, and the dentist took the time to explain the procedure and address any concerns I had. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their care. During the treatment, the dentist and their assistant were gentle and considerate, ensuring minimal discomfort. They also followed strict hygiene protocols, which was reassuring given the ongoing concerns about health and safety.

Great experience - Dr. Duo Zhang was super patient and explained the whole check up process thoroughly. I was initially quite anxious to try out a new dentist, but I definitely felt comfortable during my visit. As a bonus, the dental office is newly constructed and it looks amazing inside.

The dental office was very clean and modern, with tv's on the ceiling. The receptionist was frank with me because I was taking too long filling out paperwork, and her communication was difficult to understand. The Dentist and dental assistants were very polite and friendly, but seemed a bit inexperienced and fumbled with some of the equipment. Overall it was okay but the customer service and level of experience could be improved upon.
