My experience with My Dentist Vancouver went far beyond my expectations. The clinic is beautifully high-end, and every staff member—from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists—was incredibly kind, understanding, and informative. They explained each step as they went, which really reassured me, especially after past negative experiences. Instead of feeling like just another patient, I genuinely felt like I was among friends. Everyone was soft-spoken, welcoming, and made it feel as though we’d known each other for years. I was also impressed by their advanced technology and how convenient it was to get X-rays and scans without ever leaving my chair. I’ve already recommended the office to several friends and family members, and I’m so glad I used Opencare’s referral service to find them.

I love it. The place is really nice, modern and technological, staff is friendly and caring and offer a personalized approach, all the procedures are efficient, since the moment you book your first appointment and every step of the way that you need. The staff was kind and courteous, accommodating client needs. The dental hygienist and the dentist paid close attention to detail and provided me with early awareness and precautions to take with the findings; recommended me options for the improvements with dental care instructions. And the receptionists was friendly and very responsive in communication. It was a comprehensive dental care facility. Happy with the treatments!

Overall experience was great. Well mannered and the experience from beginning to end was well conducted. The hygienist was amazing, great personality and was really down to earth. Felt like the cost of the initial appointment was a bit more expensive than expected but within reason.
