I had a great experience at My Dentist Vancouver! Taz was amazing—she took the time to explain everything clearly during my examination and made the whole cleaning process super comfortable. She was gentle, detailed, and made sure everything was pain-free. I’d definitely recommend visiting her for anyone looking for a caring and professional dental experience.

I had a very good initial appointment. Staff and hygienist were both professional and efficient. I got timely appointments and was very satisfied with the dental care I received.

I went in for a dental hygiene appointment. It was my first time going to My Dentist Vancouver. The people working there were friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable, but the cleaning appointment was incomplete. I've never had a partial dental hygiene appointment. I was told to come back for a deep clean. My extended health plan doesn't cover a lot of units, so I would have appreciated a shorter cleaning appointment. I've had hygiene appointments completed in less than an hour. The dentist assessed my teeth after the partial cleaning service and reviewed my x-rays. She was quite informative and not pushy like some dentists I've encountered.

My appointment went great. I was impressed was quick treatment and Hygienist was good. Worked around the teeth really well.

Tas is my dental hygienist. This was my first dental checkup and cleaning/scaling appointment in Vancouver, so I was a bit hesitant and nervous going in. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My treatment was split into two sessions, and she explained everything clearly. The only confusing part was the insurance authorization process. After my first session, I didn’t receive any paperwork or receipt from the front desk, even though I saw multiple charges show up on my insurance app. I had nothing from the clinic to verify them with. They told me I’d only get my paperwork after my second appointment, which felt strange and a bit frustrating — almost like they assumed I might not come back. However, at my second appointment they provided all the receipts and explained things more clearly. They also booked me for a cavity filling session. As for my dental hygienist, I’d definitely return to see her again!
