Everyone was super friendly and was willing to answer all my questions!

My appointment went great. I was impressed was quick treatment and Hygienist was good. Worked around the teeth really well.

Tas is my dental hygienist. This was my first dental checkup and cleaning/scaling appointment in Vancouver, so I was a bit hesitant and nervous going in. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My treatment was split into two sessions, and she explained everything clearly. The only confusing part was the insurance authorization process. After my first session, I didn’t receive any paperwork or receipt from the front desk, even though I saw multiple charges show up on my insurance app. I had nothing from the clinic to verify them with. They told me I’d only get my paperwork after my second appointment, which felt strange and a bit frustrating — almost like they assumed I might not come back. However, at my second appointment they provided all the receipts and explained things more clearly. They also booked me for a cavity filling session. As for my dental hygienist, I’d definitely return to see her again!

Taz was amazing. One of the most thorough checkups and cleaning I've ever had. Looking forward to getting my dental work done here.

If you are booking this dentist, be prepared to be seen by another dr. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Azadeh and she wasnt available. Instead of informing us or rescheduling our appointment, we got treated by another dr in same clinic who was incompetent, unknowledgeable, was selling their own services, and didnt resolve our problem. When we asked them that our reason for booking the appointment was something else which we mentioned in the form, he said for that you have to book another appointment with Dr. Azadeh (prosthodontist) which we initially had with her. Just making their business by fooling customers. Worst experience ever.

The hygienist that helped was super nice. Its too bad she was only a temp and not permanent. Doctor was really nice as well and explained everything in detail. Even shared his shampoo with me!

Alex, who handled my dental cleaning, was very nice and friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all, which was a refreshing change. At other clinics, I always had to wait for a long time. Here, though, I was seen right away. I definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. It's also very accessible—it's not located on the second or third floor of a building; you can just walk in from the street and talk to the receptionist.

They charged a unreasonable "individual instruction" fee from my cleaning appointment, which does not justify itself as the hygienist did not give me any "instructions" for anything. When I asked for refund, the receptionist forced me to go back to the clinic later that day to complete another treatment which I did not book. very unprofessional and unpleasant encounter.

Glad that my wife and I found this place. Highly recommended. It's the place that we've been looking for. What a treat to end our year. Thank you all so much.

I cannot thank you enough all the staff at My Dentist Vancouver from the friendly receptionist, very caring hygenist very gentle and well educated, technician and The doctor very good approach, there is no feeling of negative vibes overall, you guys made my day extra special to end my year and my husband the feeling inside me of of being anxious was gone. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. It was my first visit as a new patient, and I was really impressed with how friendly and professional everyone was. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived — they made the check-in process so easy and pleasant. My hygienist was very gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly throughout my cleaning. I also saw Dr. Ayoughi, who was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to discuss my dental health in detail. I left feeling very comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a friendly team!
