My dentist visit was really good. I was a little worried because it’s been a little while since my last visit, but they were really caring and super friendly and explained everything well. Thanks a lot for taking away my worries!

The procedure was kinda painful for me (compared to other cleanings at other clinics), normally my old cleaning clinic would clean for 1hr or so, this time new patient exam + cleaning was 1hr30mins in total, with cleaning just around 30mins max

Overall not happy- billed me for over $700 for most part are X-rays-the treatment was incomplete. I was gone many cleaning dental clinic-this is the worse so far- usually done within less than an hour. Here this clinic required me to go back for for another an hour- I asked if my hygiene was bad the first day and she said it’s pretty okay. So I went back an hour stayed less than that and the treatment took for 15-20mins. With a little digging from my upper right side and floss a couple tooth on my left upper side-then she stopped and asked for a moment went to her computer for 5-10 mins. Then came back to me and did a bit floss on my upper left side which should the whole entire tooth. No toothbrush/paste given as usual after cleaning. I saw a couple came out with new tooth-brush/paste with other customer but not me :( they’re probably upset as i informed them for not coming back to their clinic as I am moving out of the city. Not happy at all :(

This is yet the best clinic I’ve ever been to in Vancouver area. Their staff is very polite and friendly especially Dr J! Everyone is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very light you’d feel very much comfortable to say whatever works for you and your situation!
