I had a great experience- the staff were all very friendly. The dentist was very thorough, detailed and attentive. They had up to date technology to complete x rays. The hygienist was really accommodating and completed my cleaning quickly but throughly. I overall had an amazing experience but encountered hiccups as they rebooted my first appointment without asking if the new timing would work.

The clinic was clean, staff were friendly with smile, detailed explanations on procedures and the thought process behind different treatment options, felt that staff cared about the patients.

Great professional approach

I was asked about my pronouns - a first for a dentist. Absolutely complimented, since I'm non-binary. They use my preferred name. They gave me topical anethetic as my teeth and gums are incredibly sensitive and for the first time in decades it didn't hurt to get them cleaned.

The clinic was clean and well organized, the staff was welcoming, and the hygienist was extremely gentle and thorough. Everything was explained clearly, which made the experience stress-free.

The exam was thorough and pain free. Both the hygienist and Dr. Rotundi were great. But I had to go back twice for just the cleaning and 1 more time for the doctor.

Dr. Costa and the entire team created a fantastic experience! From the new patient exam to my dental cleaning, everything was thorough and professional. Dr. Costa is incredibly nice and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is exceptionally friendly – a special thank you to Waiffa and Sahar, my hygienist, for the excellent cleaning. I highly recommend this practice!
