Dr. Rotondi Was extremely kind and knowledgeable! I was very thankful for the exam breakdown and recommendations. Front desk needs a bit of more communication between each other and to handle insurance better. Overall my experience with the dental hygienist and dentist were great.

I wanted to find a new dentist and stumbled on Mackenzie West Dental Health Centre. I taken in for a new patient exam. The dentist provided full explanation and guided me through all the details on my dental health. He throughly checked my teeth and measured everything. I have never experienced such thorough dental work and was quite impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. The hygienist was also very friendly and knowledgeable and left my teeth feeling and looking brand new. I am looking forward to upcoming appointments to get my dental health on track with Mackenzie West Dental Health Centre.

I had my first visit to the dentist today, and it went way better than I expected! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist explained everything clearly and took their time checking my teeth. I was a bit nervous, but they were gentle and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling confident and even looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
