Dr. Asher Apsan

Dr. Asher Apsan graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine with a doctorate in dental medicine. After completing a specialized dental residency at Westchester Medical Center, he started working in private practice gaining experience in all areas of dentistry including pediatrics, restorative dentistry, dental implants, surgical extractions, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. He is committed to tailoring an individualized treatment plan to each patient. He is dedicated to staying up to date as the field of dentistry rapidly advances through continuing education. Dr. Apsan lives with his wife and children in West Hempstead, NY. In his leisure time, he enjoys tennis, hiking, skiing and spending time with his family. He also takes pride in his local community, coaching youth soccer. Dr. Apsan is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Nassau County Dental Society, and American Academy of General Dentistry. As the owner of West Hempstead Dental, his vision is to create an office that understands the importance of patient-centered dentistry by developing strong patient-dentist relationships and establishing clear lines of communication. Dr. Apsan enjoys being part of the community and doing his part to ensure that the best dental care is provided to patients of all ages.
