My first experience at JT Dental was great! Dr.Winterich and his staff are exceptional and I was more comfortable than I've been with past providers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Tabitha, the hygienist, was amazingly gentle and understanding. I have tremendous anxiety, so she was very accommodating! There was a big TV, and lots of programming options. She gave me sunglasses to help with the lights. She let me choose how she cleaned my teeth. Really, she made the whole experience as easy as possible! Then Dr Winterich came in and he was very personable. He chatted with me, talked to me about my x-rays and everything, and sent me on my way with a plan. Considering going to the dentist is just about my least favorite thing in the world, this was a great experience!

Very personable dentist! His staff is very knowledgeable and make you feel good about your teeth. I got to watch tv and try to relax while getting my teeth cleaned, which was great because I get nervous.

I went in to get a much needed cleaning. I also got some x-rays done since I hadn't been to the dentist in over two years. Definitively recommend! Everyone was really nice and caring. I have found my new dental office. :)

I hate going to the dentist and haven’t been in a while but every person made sure I was ok and took the time to explain everything and listen to my fears.

Very nice, thorough, and understanding, as I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist. I have a lot of work to do for my teeth, and they came up with a treatment plan. Support staff was wonderful as well!

I recently visited JT Family Dental for the first time after seeing my dentist in the city for nearly a decade. I put off making an appointment because I didn't think it was possible to like another dentist as much as I liked my previous dentist. Dr. Basko proved me wrong. I have severe TMJ which makes seeing the dentist even more of a chore as I have a limited opening and need frequent breaks, even for a minor cleaning. She and her hygienist were both very knowledgeable about my condition and very gentle. They were continuously asking if I needed a break and letting me know I could close more if I needed to. I booked this appointment thinking I'd go for a cleaning but honestly didn't expect to be making additional appointments. I'm happy to say that I made an appointment a week from my first visit to get some cavities taken care of that had been ignored during my move, loss of insurance and procrastination.

This was the most comfortable dental experience I have ever felt at a dentist office. I loved the attentive care my dentist gave to my teeth too. My teeth have never felt so clean after the Dentist thourougly cleaned them. I also really appreciated how warm and kind everyone there was with me too!!!

They were bery professional I love the way they treat me.

I'm so happy with my first appointment with Dr. Winterich and will continue with him in the future
