The doctor and nurse were great and my procedure was great, the issue I have is with billing before I left the premises I had to pay of course I don’t have a problem with that. The issue is the outrageous amount that I had to pay versus the invoice I received from my insurance company now my insurance company did an investigation and apparently I was overcharge so apparently I’m supposed to get a refund that I’m still waiting on not a couple hundred of dollars which is not right , I am not rich. I work very hard for my money and to pay the amount of money I paid out-of-pocket versus what I was supposed to be charged was absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m in the air waiting for a refund from either the doctors office which the insurance said is there one responsible and during all this time, I don’t have my money so no, I will never go back to this place again.. you also keep mentioning a gift card that I have never seen and I have follow my appointments accordingly.
