Absolutely love how Dr Acuna was so attentive, professional, friendly and so understanding to my needs and concerns. The staff was so warm and welcoming to my family and I. Not to mention how excited my son is actually feeling going to see a dentist in so long and become his new patient as well as my daughter. I had such a great experience with this dentist office so friendly and nice and they even helped me with my 2 year old.

The doctor and nurse were great and my procedure was great, the issue I have is with billing before I left the premises I had to pay of course I don’t have a problem with that. The issue is the outrageous amount that I had to pay versus the invoice I received from my insurance company now my insurance company did an investigation and apparently I was overcharge so apparently I’m supposed to get a refund that I’m still waiting on not a couple hundred of dollars which is not right , I am not rich. I work very hard for my money and to pay the amount of money I paid out-of-pocket versus what I was supposed to be charged was absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m in the air waiting for a refund from either the doctors office which the insurance said is there one responsible and during all this time, I don’t have my money so no, I will never go back to this place again.. you also keep mentioning a gift card that I have never seen and I have follow my appointments accordingly.
