Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, booking schedule is easy and fast :) the orthodontist is here every 2 weeks and I got my free consultation on braces/ Invisalign at the same day that I did my first exam and cleaning. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic due to a lack of transparency and informed consent. I was charged $700 for a “full mouth exam” that I was never informed about beforehand, nor was the cost explained to me at any point prior to the appointment. I only learned about this charge after receiving the bill, which was quite shocking.
