After graduating from the faculty of dentistry at the University of Toronto, Dr. Lin worked at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a hospital dental resident where he focused on oral pathology, dentistry for the medically compromised, emergency care, and treatment of patients with developmental delays. He is very excited to be a part of Essence Dental. In his spare time, he enjoys baking, biking, taking care of house plants, and spending time with his wife Charis.
Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
A warm, friendly, comfortable environment is something I strive to establish at each visit. I would like patients to truly feel like they've been looked after each time by someone who always has their best interests in mind.

What are you proud of in your practice?
I enjoy building trust with different generations and the privilege of being able to look after a family from their youngest members to their wisest members.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
Preventive, minimally invasive dentistry, and motivating patients to take charge of their oral health are my favourite parts of dentistry.
