Such great and thorough service! Alyssa was the kindest and most attentive dental hygienist I’ve ever had and Dr. Buckingham was friendly and very knowledgeable. They take you through all your x-rays and photograph your teeth so you know exactly what they are doing! Will recommend this office to all my friends in Austin

I had lost Dental Insurance last year when I became self-employed, and so now I have a new Dental Discount Plan. I was actually okay with this considering that my last dentist was not my favorite. Most dentists just see dollar signs when they look in my mouth because I am truly blessed with a beautiful smile, given that I am a mid-aged woman who has never had a cavity and still has all of my molars. I have been to a few dentists around the area but since I recently changed dental coverage, I came here. Buckingham Dental was in-network and so I thought I would try out his dental services. Both Mr. Buckingham and his staff are super friendly and did a great job of explaining costs to me ahead of time. There were water and coffee in the waiting area, which was offered to me, my spouse, and our daughter. The waiting area is child-friendly with toys that my child immersed herself in. Netflix was available in the dental chair but I preferred to have a conversation with the hygienist because she was so very personable and easy to talk with. When Mr. Buckingham came in to speak with me after the cleaning, he asked the hygienist how she felt about my teeth. She told him they looked great but just needed the cleaning. He reviewed the Xrays and agreed with her. However, he did sit back for a few minutes explaining how I could benefit from flossing more often. I was very happy with his review and am glad he recommended this the way he did, giving a very thorough reason for why. He also gave me his view on my molars, which I shared the same view, so he put my mind at ease. The Comprehensive Oral Exam, Intraoral Complete Xrays with Bitewings, and Prophylaxis Adult Cleaning were all done very professionally and they even charged me a lower price than it would have cost using my Dental Discount Plan, which was a pleasant surprise!! Overall, it was an awesome experience!

the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome immediately. The hygienist was friendly and clear about directions (which can sometimes be awkward when you don't know what to do while someone is cleaning your teeth and you are gagging on water or whatever). Dr. Buckingham was very relaxed and friendly. Very thorough and did not make me feel like he was in a rush, hemade sure I understood everything we talked about. The office is beautiful, clean, bright and comfortable. Overall a great experience. Would recommend.

Very friendly staff, clean open feelingin lobby .. Easy to get to from where I lived The hygienist was excellent, calm and nice chat to get a feel for me ( covered my thyroid good) There was Netflix, nice amenity but not necessarily needed for me Dr. Buckingham was nice and friendly .. my teeth were good this visit, so I didn’t have much to follow up on Great experience.. happy with my choice , love the ease of the app .. I’d recommend to everyone

I enjoyed the friendly staff and was promptly greeted for my appointment. The person that conducted my initial dental examination and cleaning was very kind and thoroughly explained the procedure. Dr. Buckingham was genuinely excited to see me, explained any situation going on with my teeth and was very easy to understand. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, and was able to tell me options available to me for treatment without being pushy.

A high tech, modern office. Dr. Buckingham and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I even got to watch tv while they did my cleaning. I was also in and out quickly as well.

I normally have anxiety about going to the dentist but they were very welcoming and understanding. They explained every step of what they were doing to help me feel more comfortable. They also let me watch Netflix while they cleaned my teeth to help me relax. It was definitely my best dental experience.

The space was clean and modern. The hygienist did my cleaning and told me everything she saw. (She was very sweet but I don't remember her name!) Dr. Buckingham reiterated everything she told me then gave recommendations on how to proceed. I expressed concerns with cost and while they offered different approaches for the procedures in order to cut back on appointments, I wasn't offered any alternative payment options. The young lady at the front counter was also pleasant and attentive.
