Dr Steve Mocrae was both professional and efficient, and he’s got the place decorated with an amazing collection of science fiction items. The front desk was incredibly friendly as well! Professional, adaptable,

Prior to the appointment date, the clinic was in good communication (messaging and calls) to book the appointment. I missed their call and after few seconds they messaged. The ease of booking. It was very easy finding their clinic, just need to keep walking inside the mall (walk past the elevators and through a set of doors, to your right). You'll see a large R2D2 display by the middle of the small waiting area and some figurines and about 2 or 3 spacecrafts. You'll be then greeted with 2 lovely staff at front then another gentleman who helped checked me in and provided paperwork. Do come in early as there are about 4 pages of paperwork that needs to be completed. Once that's done, provide a copy of your benefit insurance and wait for dental hygienist. After a few seconds of waiting, Tammy called me with a beautiful smile. Tammy was very sweet, gentle, explaining everything throughout the whole process, made sure if I had any questions or concerns to be addressed, and that I was comfortable or okay. The appointment lasted about 1.5hrs (dentist, Dr. Mlcrae, checking teeth for any concern, x-rays, gum tissue, cleaning, and polishing). Walked out, paid the 20% not covered by ny insurance, and chit chat with the girls at front. I just wished the receipt was explained in detail before I paid (I didn't even bother to ask, as I was just so pleased with the whole experience already), just to my husband's surprise on the charges. Also maybe change that couch, looks very old and ruins the whole vibe the clinic gives.

The receptionist and hygienist / assistant were very friendly and warm. Great care and the dentist also seemed very knowledgeable. Quick follow up with appointment scheduling, with convenient hours.
