Dr. Peter was very good. Explained my conditions and concerns in a simple way.

I was expecting a cleaning along with X-rays as it's usually covered by the insurance but I was told to visit again and that it would require multiple sittings.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, starting right from reception. Jazz was super helpful in breaking down my insurance details and scheduling my appointment. Dr. Peter quickly pinpointed all my issues—he's got a lot on his plate with me, but I'm optimistic they'll all get sorted out.

We made this appointment seeking to find a new dentist for my teen kids. Everything went well. The staff and doctors were kin, professional and attentive and communicated any issues clearly. I did have some problems with their online pre-appointment form, but they were able to quickly provide me an alternative that was simple and worked fine. The office is nice, but the parking is a little confusing about where the office is and less convenient because you need to walk up a hill and/or climb a few stairs. But this would not be a deterrent given all of the other great things about practice. The kids had no reservations, and we will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Hidden Valley Smiles! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. My appointment started right on time, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate their professionalism and care.

I’ve never met a dentist more devoted to transparency and honesty. He explained everything, showed me color photos of the issues, presented all my options, and even told me how to approach my previous dentist to ask them to fix their work if I would rather get it done there (I wouldn’t).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Phi , and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. She was not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Put my nerves at ease. I felt like their approach was honest and knowledgeable.

Dr. Wong was very helpful, and I loved how he goes over everything with you and shows you what exactly is going on with a camera and pictures. I was very nervous because I haven’t been to a dentist since Covid, however Dr. Wong and his staff were really helpful in terms of making me very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend, I’m actually sending my wife there soon.

Dr. Wong explained things like no other dentist did. He was very kind and patient making sure he addressed all my concerns and educate me on things no other dentist did before. I now have plan of what to do for better mouth health with complete understanding.
