Great friendly staff, everything was explained and I had time to ask questions, I loved how they told me what procedure I needed to deal with immediately and what could wait. The dentist is thorough with the examination. Would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

I came across Dr. Brill's office through Opencare and was pleasantly surprised with what I experienced. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the first appointment that I had was the most thorough I have ever had. After having ongoing issues with my teeth, I have finally found a dentist that is willing to work with my needs. He is detailed in describing all options that I have available to me and offers his professional opinion. I am very thankful to have come across a dentist that I feel cares as much about my teeth as I do.

Was a good experience. Nothing to criticize. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean environment with good COVID precaution measurements . Sealed rooms , surgical grade air purifiers.

It was a very thorough cleaning, it's clear Dr. Brill knows what he is doing. He gave me some good advice on how to keep my gums healthy and suggested a preventative care plan, which I greatly appreciated.

I had a full dental exam and a cleaning. Dr. Brill and his team were very thorough and professional and walked me through the results of my exam and x-rays. They were able to bill my insurance directly and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! I've already booked my next appointment!

I arrived early for my appointment to fill in some paperwork and then a but longer than expected for my appointment to start unfortunately but not a big deal since I get there is a lot to do in between appointments to properly clean and sanitize areas and tools etc. Although this pushed my appointment a big longer, the receptionists, my hygienist and Dr. Brill we’re all friendly polite and informative. Positive clean and overall experience.

Super efficient with the forms I had to fill out prior to my visit. The office was very sanitary and many precautions were taken considering these Covid times. I was seen promptly upon arrival. The hygienist was very pleasant.

I had a great consultation with Dr. Brill. I was not, however, fully satisfied with my teeth cleaning by dental hygienist. She did not seem to be thorough with the cleaning procedures. I would also recommend if you are a brand new patient to the practice, come in early so that the office could help you sort out your insurance.

The receptionist will very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was a bit rough during my cleaning however I think she did a very good job at cleaning my teeth - usually after a cleaning I can feel the grooves of the tools with my tongue on the back of my teeth but I don’t feel it at all! My mouth feels super clean. She did get a lot of water from the tools all over my face while cleaning but I’m fine with it now knowing how clean my mouth is :) The dentist wasn’t overly friendly however he seemed super knowledgeable and made a recommendation to an orthodontist that was never recommended from other dentists before so it sounds like he knows what he’s talking about! Overall, great experience, will come back!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, generally. HOWEVER, Dr Brill and the whole team made the experience pleasurable. I'm not nervous when I'm in the hands of the Brill Dental team!

Friendly staff, clean facility, good location! Would recommend, especially for anyone interested in a dental office on the west end.
