Amazing Service, Explained very well! Will be coming again

I had a really good experience. The appointment was easy and everything went smoothly. The staff were kind and professional.

I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in for urgent care because of a toothache. The dentist did a filling, but I am still having significant sensitivity and I’m unable to eat or drink on that side. The total bill was $1,325 for cleaning, filling, and X-rays, and I had to pay $658 out of pocket. They did not check or explain my insurance coverage or limits beforehand, which was very frustrating. I was also told that I might need a root canal, but after seeing how expensive the visit was and the lack of clarity about costs, I feel hesitant to return. I wish there had been better communication about treatment options, costs, and insurance before proceeding.

Great overall experience. Felt comfortable right from the moment i walked in. My teeth are very difficult to clean because of small mouth opening and shape of my teeth, but the staff and doctors were very professional and handled everything perfectly and patiently.

Very long wait time though booked appointment. Painful procedure, felt due to old equipment vs my previous dental office. Recommend having a coat rack inside for safety; currently asked to leave it on the chair at front desk

I felt they lack staff especially dental hygienists. I had to wait for 35 mins for my appointment even though there was no line up of patients. The receptionist guy was very polite and knowledgeable though.

Appointments booked via opencare was not available but they provided a different dates and provided right actions for my concern. Hope this will be my permanent dentist going forward.

The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful from the moment you walk in. The treatment was painless and done with great attention to detail.
