I went for a basic cleanup but they did a cavity filling without discussing the charges with me. I had tools in my mouth the entire time (I didn’t know which tool was for filling vs scaling) and I had no idea what they were doing or talking since they were talking in a foreign language. I’m assuming it’s Hindi. The worst part is they didn’t check my insurance for coverage before performing any treatment nor did they discuss the cost. I was asked to pay the amount for filling even though I didn’t request filling. They didn’t not even do a good job, my teeth didn’t close properly after I confronted them and I had to ask them to redo it. They have also told me to pay for it since they didn’t check the insurance if it’s covered. I got treated for something without my consent on charges or proper explanation (and the bite wasn’t proper so they had to do thrice - again me not knowing what they were doing). Totally bad experience.

They did my fillings and cleaning all in one shot. So that I didn’t have to make a return appointment for 4 months.
