This was my first visit. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, the doctors are very easy going and really make and effort to get to know you. The only issue is the location isn't great, basement floor, and the other thing is it really hurt me. I know, no pain no gain, but I never experienced such a severe pain in a regular cleaning session. I know it's probably for the best... that's why if my second time this will not happen I will update my review for a full 5 stars.
