Trudy is very helpful when it comes to to the offer from opencare, she understands and make sure she gets our requests done, unlike the other dental office I went to get checked up-( Sandstone Dental ) where the ladies at front desk didn't follow our request to make sure not to do procedures that are not covered by my insurance

I appreciated the staff's help with getting me booked promptly during the appointment. The new client free electric tooth brush was a nice touch. I had mentioned to the dentist that it didn't feel like anesthetic had set in yet, however, the dentist went ahead with the filling and there was quite intense pain at times during the filling which would have been avoided if I had been listened to. Overall, courteous, professional, and kind.
