The entire staff at this office is super friendly. Dr. Paul Katz was awesome and very professional. Service was impeccable (everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist). Highly recommend!

Dr. Finkel was great because he took the time to answer any questions I had and was extremely friendly. The office staff was also very helpful and pleasant. The office was clean and nicely kept! Unfortunately, I’m not so sure I’ll go back given the issue I had with the front desk and my billing/insurance. I am a student and I had to take out my own dental plan because I am no longer covered under my parents and I am not employed because like I said, I am a full time student. Before I made the choice to go to this dentist, I called the office to confirm that my insurance was covered. They said it was absolutely covered. When I went in for my appointment I brought my insurance card and asked the same question again after the front desk told me I would be getting a general check up and a cleaning. Unfortunately, this became an issue because after my X-rays the dental hygienist said she wanted to clean the tartar off of my teeth before doing a full cleaning. I asked if this was covered and she said yes. She also said she would schedule me for an actual cleaning in 4 weeks when my gums were healed from the “tartar cleaning”. When I left, I called my insurance and they said “the procedure you had today today is not covered so you will be responsible for the $400 bill.” I was astonished. As a student, I do not have the money to cover that and I made sure to ask if everything was covered every step of the way. While the office did fix this and just bill the insurance company for something that was covered by my insurance, I now lost out on an actual cleaning because my insurance only covers one cleaning every 12 months and that’s what they changed the procedure to on the computer to prevent me from paying anything other than a copay. So unfortunately while I enjoyed the office, staff and doctor, I was really disappointed by the negligence the front desk acted with when assuring me everything was covered.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. They explain everything they do ahead of time, they offer warm neck pillows, and the whole staff seems incredibly professional. Even the toothbrush kit they give you at the end is overly put together in an amazing way. I don't ever want to move now, because there's no way I would find an equivalent dental office elsewhere.

The staff at Dental Professionals of Chicago is very friendly, and they explained everything they were going to do to my teeth before they did it. It was wonderful to have a dentist who understood my concerns and made sure that my questions were answered ahead of time. The appointment was easy to book, and the new patient forms were sent ahead of time, so I did not have much of a wait once I arrived. I loved using Dental Professionals of Chicago and plan to continuing using this practice.

From beginning to end, my experience was efficient and beneficial. The office was a bit hard to find, but a quick phone call to the front desk led me right where I needed to go (basement level just before the hotel entrance). My wait was about 2 minutes long, and Dr. Finkel saw me right away to give me his initial impressions. Then I had my X-rays--which weren't pleasant, but bearable thanks to the amazing technician. Then the cleaning was painless and over within 15 minutes. I felt that the entire team was focused on me the entire time. A great office!

Everyone was very nice and welcome at the office. They allowed me to be a part of the process and told me what they were doing / what certain terms meant every step of the way.

The doctor was very thorough and knew my paperwork/concerns inside and out. He addressed every concern, not matter how small, and offered solutions.

I actually met with Dr. Finkel, but the staff at Dental Professionals was nothing but professional. It was a great first appointment with them! Since I was a new patient, they took brand new X-rays for me since my last dentist didn't have any files. It was seamless and easy and then they did some measurements and talked through things The thing I liked the most was he drew it out so it was easy to understand and described it in simple terms that didn't make the information overwhelming at all! I scheduled a follow up for a cleaning next week and I'm looking forward to going back.

My favorite dentist ever! Took his time and explained everything super nicely. All the people who work there are great too. I usually absolutely hate x-rays but the woman doing my x-rays was so kind and put me at ease.

He and his staff were all very polite, and approachable. During the exam both he and the hygienist explained everything they were doing and were looking for. 100% would recommend.

Difficult to find the entrance because the building is a bit of a maze. But amazingly friendly and considerate staff. Got me in and out faster than expected. Offered water and cookies. Efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Katz was friendly and informative. Connie and the entire rest of the staff were all professional and also friendly and welcoming. The space is very nice with great technology and equipment. I’m happy to have found a place I can look forward to coming back to.

I actually saw Dr. Katz, not Dr. Finkel at this location. Dr. Katz was amazing and I highly recommend! He is also helping me with my sleep apnea in addition to curing my infected gums.

Only waited a few moments before I was taken back to see Dr. Finkel. He was friendly, gentle, and very informative...taking the time to clearly explain the issue I was having. The whole appointment was quick, easy, and informative. Great initial experience, happy to go back. Beware, the office requires that new patients pay 100% of the first bill up front and then reimburses once insurance pays. Subsequent visits require a 50% up front payment with reimbursement once insurance pays.

Have really enjoyed my experiences here - and more to come! Connie is so great, I was laughing the entire time. Dr. Katz is also super friendly and walked through the process and explained what they look for while looking at my x-rays. They were ready for me almost immediately when I arrived (no more waiting for 30 minutes!).
