Dr. Patrick Smith

Dr. Patrick is a graduate of Morehouse College and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. After obtaining his dental degree he moved to Chicago, where he completed a general practice residency at Illinois Masonic Hospital as well a Master’s Degree in Public Health from University of Illinois Chicago. In addition, he has completed over 400 hours of continuing dental education in a broad range of dental topics. When he is not in the office, he works at a local community clinic providing free dental care to uninsured residents. He also maintains staff positions at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital as a part of of their mobile dentistry program, and DePaul University School for New Learning (SNL) as a part time faculty member
