The overall attention is okay, felt comfortable with the procedure. Definetely feels more like an outdated dental Center. The communication among the staff wasn’t great. They had me on the chair waiting for over 25 min waiting for the procedure

Everyone in the office was very kind, patient, and informative. I am someone who gets nervous at dentists but I was put at ease here.

Professional and punctual

I went in for a cleaning, they did not do a cleaning and when i was checking out they still had the cleaning listed for billing. I told the billing person that i was told they only did a light de scaling in preparation for a future deeper cleaning. the woman that did the xrays and de scaling was not very good at communicating at all. The dentists was very pleasant but as we were talking he said this is flouride and put it on my teeth never asking or mentioning it was optional and that I had to pay out of pocket for it (I did pay $50) All in all I did not feel confident that they were being very honest about what I needed to have done and how to proceed. There was a torn hose on the ground that had been taped several times before but still was broken in several places, uhg.

Visiting East Erie Dental was a great experience! During the exam I was seated on a chair with massage settings which made the whole cleaning very pleasant.

Great office

Dr Maura and Dr Nasrin are very kind and helpful. They were professional throughout the process and explained everything really well.

Solid experience at the dentists office. They showed up close photos of all my teeth which was effective at making me want to floss more.

My appointment was fine. The hygienist was nice, but rough. I was rushed through with the Doctor. It felt like this office was more crowded and less personalized.
