East Erie Dental - SE Chicago Dentistry

I went in for a cleaning, they did not do a cleaning and when i was checking out they still had the cleaning listed for billing. I told the billing person that i was told they only did a light de scaling in preparation for a future deeper cleaning. the woman that did the xrays and de scaling was not very good at communicating at all. The dentists was very pleasant but as we were talking he said this is flouride and put it on my teeth never asking or mentioning it was optional and that I had to pay out of pocket for it (I did pay $50) All in all I did not feel confident that they were being very honest about what I needed to have done and how to proceed. There was a torn hose on the ground that had been taped several times before but still was broken in several places, uhg.

Great office

Dr Maura and Dr Nasrin are very kind and helpful. They were professional throughout the process and explained everything really well.

Solid experience at the dentists office. They showed up close photos of all my teeth which was effective at making me want to floss more.

My appointment was fine. The hygienist was nice, but rough. I was rushed through with the Doctor. It felt like this office was more crowded and less personalized.

This was my first time here and I was very happy with my experience. They were very good at explaining things and offering tips that will help. Would 100% recommend!

Dr. Azim was so kind! I’ve always been nervous at the dentist but she explained everything as we went through the exam and answered all of my questions before leaving. I have to go back for a cavity filling, but I’m glad she will be my dentist! I definitely recommend this office for anyone who is nervous about the dentist!

Dr Cheng was awesome! super great and informative, very kind and made sure all of my questions were answered. Process was easy and while the dentist is very scary, he made it a breeze!

Great first visit! The staff was very welcoming. My x-ray tech was awesome. He made an uncomfortable process fun and worked quickly. My dentist was great as well. He walked me through my X-rays and made sure I understood what he was seeing.

Everything was clearly explained without making me feel I was being judged for the condition of my teeth. I once had a dentist who made me feel terrible even though the problem was not my fault. One tooth came in in a way that damaged the tooth next to it. Dr. Azim treated me with respect without harsh judgement. I truly appreciated that.
