Our Gold Coast Flagship clinic was the first Uniform Teeth clinic to open in Chicago. This clinic holds our branded modern aesthetic that is still able to maintain some classic Chicago rustic characteristics. The entrance to the clinic is located on the south side of Cedar St. next to a Divy station. Upon entering the foyer, please take the elevator to the second floor. Hours: Tue - Wed: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Thu - Fri: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Open some Saturdays

What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?

Our clinic space is modern and sophisticated. We offer fully enclosed consultation rooms and our free 1-hour consultation includes 30 minutes of 1:1 time with your orthodontist to discuss your smile goals and how we can help achieve them. We also know that life gets hectic and to make orthodontic treatment more convenient we have developed our Uniform Teeth App that allows you to check in with your orthodontist from the comfort of your couch and cut down on the amount of in-person appointments you have throughout treatment. On average, our patients come into our clinics a total of 3-5 times over the course of their treatment.
