Cityview Dental Care

Left my previous dentist and looking for a new dentist because of long wait times. Was called and texted to confirm appointment at least 3 times for appointment at 10am. Not once was I checked in on and was finally called back like nothing was unusual at 10:48am. I’m in healthcare as well and totally get it we run behind but at a minimum there should be a medical assistant or staff checking in like “hey sorry for the wait we’re waiting for a room to clear up and you’ll be called in soon.” Total disrespect for my time.

I had an extremely concerning experience at Cityview Dental Care. I went in for a simple routine exam and cleaning, nothing more. I clearly stated that I only wanted services covered by my insurance and did NOT want any optional or extra treatments. However, after my visit, I discovered that I was charged an additional $80 for four “antimicrobial treatments” that were never explained, never mentioned, never priced, and never authorized. I was told I was just getting a standard cleaning. Only at checkout did I find out I was being charged for something I didn’t even know was done. When I contacted my insurance, I was told that the code they used wasn’t even a valid dental code and is not part of a routine cleaning. This confirmed that these charges were not only unexpected but also inappropriate. At no point did anyone disclose these extra procedures or ask for my consent, and this is a basic requirement for any dental office. Patients should always be told what is being done, what it costs, and whether it’s optional, none of that happened. I had to follow up with management and formally request a refund because these charges were added without proper disclosure. This experience left me feeling misled, taken advantage of, and very disappointed. Transparency and honesty are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Friendly staff. The app just scheduled me for a consultation/prayer. Was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a cleaning. Very thorough job and will schedule again.

Everyone at cityview was so nice. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision to replace some old crowns that have been bothering me. I am happy with my experience and will be returning for future cleanings and dental work.

I am sorry to have to leave such a disappointing review. On both occasions of entering the dental office the front desk young lady did not greet me. When it came time for her to interact with me, she was a bit rood. Her voice was not pleasant and a bit off putting. At first, I thought it was me but then a patient came in after me and I could see she made her feel the same way that day. On the second appointment the same thing. You have to do better at hiring the first face your customer has to interact with; she is not nice. Everyone else that I interacted with on both occasions were a delight. They answered all my questions and treatment was very well.

Cityview dental was well maintained & clean facility. They had a filtered water dispenser in the lobby but no cups. I do wish they had a tv in the waiting area but nonetheless they did take me in promptly. The dentist was young but very knowledgeable & funny. I will be back for a cleaning & fillings.
