I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The dentist was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office was clean and well-organized, and the overall experience was excellent.

Bait-and-switch scheduling and predatory billing. Booked specifically for a certain date; they waited until I was in the chair to tell me the surgeon wasn't available. Performed an unconsented 3D scan, refused to show me pricing unless I committed, and tried to force four non-covered bone grafts ($2,000+ out of pocket). When I canceled and asked for my X-rays, they demanded $35. Reported to the Dental Board of California.

Entering I was welcomed with friendly approach. My son was treated well and felt comfortable right away. The process and procedure was fast and professional.

The treatment was a lil painful but fast and effective.

Outside appearance of dental office is unassuming. Clean and spacious inside. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dentist took the time to explain recommended treatment plan based on initial exam/imaging findings and other personnel assisted with explanation of benefits under dental plan and answered questions regarding benefits covered. Overall a great first experience that leaves me satisfied and agreeable to continue receiving dental treatment at Dentist of Montclair.
