The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the facility is clean.

All the staff had great customer service and were very professional. I went in for a check-up and they gave me knowledgeable recommendations on treatments available. Going to the dentist office tends to give me anxiety but everyone was so warm and welcoming so it helped alleviate any anxiety I was having. Would definitely recommend!

The clinical team (the doctor, assistant, and hygienist) were excellent. They were professional, thorough, and used impressive technology to walk me through my X‑rays and overall dental review. That part of the visit was truly A+. The front desk experience, however, was challenging. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, yet I received a call at 9:08am asking if I could come in earlier. As a first‑time patient, being asked to adjust my schedule with less than an hour’s notice felt unnecessary. I also understood my appointment to include both X‑rays and a cleaning. Instead, I was asked to return later in the day for the cleaning — something I’ve never experienced before, though I was open to it given it was my first visit. I arrived at 2:02pm for my 2:00pm appointment and was already receiving texts asking if I was still coming. The repeated urgency throughout the day made the experience feel rushed on their end, even though I was doing my best to accommodate the schedule. At checkout, I was told I could email the paperwork later. After spending most of my day there, I said I would send it later in the afternoon. Another receptionist stepped in and insisted I sign immediately, stating they had “done me a favor” by scheduling the cleaning the same day. Hearing that was surprising and frankly offensive. It’s not the way paying patients should be spoken to. I will be requesting my records. While the clinical care was excellent, the front desk interactions did not reflect the same level of professionalism. Take care.

Overall it was a good experience. The only downside is I wasn't expecting the exam/x-rays and the cleaning to be split up into two separate appointments. Every dentist I've seen has been able to do all of the things in one visit, which is much more convenient because then I don't need to take time off of work twice which hurts my take-home pay. Other than that it was good.

Jody and Stacy took excellent care of me! I hate going to the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable and pain free.

Great experience with Dentistry at its Finest! The staff were all very friendly and provided wonderful customer service. Make sure you have a couple of hours available to be able to do both initial evaluation and cleaning in the same day.
