I provided all my insurance information well ahead of my appointment. I received a call from the office stating my appointment would be with another dentist and I stated that was fine with me so long as my insurance was all set. The day of my appointment I waited for over an hour to be seen by the dentist for my cleaning. I left without receiving any treatment plan or billing information. Now I see they have billed me over $700 for X-rays and a cleaning because the dentist they gave me is out of network. This place is beautiful but so poorly run. I am appalled.

I've never had a dentist explain things so well and so thoroughly before. He volunteered information I'd normally have to press my dentist for, and even explained things like sensitive spots from teeth grinding the no dentist EVER bothered to tell me. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond.

Overall positive experience, however I did not feel that the staff were as thorough as my previous dental care team, so I'm concerned in the long term I will have issues that they don't catch.

Very friendly staff from the reception to the assistants and dentist. Very clean luxurious decor, felt very professional and modern.

Dr. Reynolds was very kind caring and explained in detail my options,I recommend her to everyone.

Had a great first experience, the office was friendly the hygienist Mercedes was great! Everything was explained and made the experience much better.

Solve my issue of heart beat faster when cavity filling. But it takes long and there are a lot of particles left in my mouth...

Dr. Ho was kind and described all the things I needed to know about my dental problems so that I understood everything.

I didn't get to meet Dr Taran, but the other Dr there was great, I didn't get the women's name who did my cleaning but I give her a 10/10 rating she's good at what she does, very friendly & informative. GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP 🫶🏾 I'll be back for a cleaning just because she did it.

I don't think I've had 4 fillings done that fast before. They look great and my teeth feel secure. The staff is friendly, I think I've only waited an hour one time, the rest of the times I was in and out. Parking is hit or hiss there, but there's 1 hour and metered parking around.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They broke down my insurance and payment options for the work I needed.

Easy booking, adequate appointment reminders and appointment experience was easy w/nice staff and great care.

Nancy made sure I was ready before jumping into the check in. I appreciated that she took and showed me pictures of my cracked fillings so I could see for myself.

She explained every question I asked put information where I can understand what I was getting done I liked that
