The office is clean and they seem to be updating and adding another doctor so I think I came at a bad time because I was referred by someone who loves this place. I may give it another try. My anxiety didn’t help with having a day 1 assistant learning the ropes. She was nice though and the doctor was accommodating and understanding.

Dr. Shao and Mew both helped me today and they were awesome. I was very nervous and they put me at ease and were super patient with me when I needed a little extra help. I am excited to have a treatment plan and trust the fresh family dentistry that they will help me get my smile to where it needs to be. Erica at the front desk was so polite and was happy to answer my random questions about the dentistry wellness plan and was a great conversationist while I waited. Definitely chose the right place for me. Dr. Andy Cheng made me feel really comfortable and it's really easy to speak to him, and also his assistant. He made me feel more alert about my dental health and made me want to be more consistent with taking care of my teeth.
