Haven’t been to the dentist in years and was nervous about my appointment. I felt comfortable and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly.

friendly staffs and atmosphere made easy for my sonand made it comfortable for his first visit at this clinic .. only one thing I noticed was that offering goodie bags for kids to keep their good work continues will be great idea but never received one at the end.

I was told that the receipt for my treatment would be uploaded by them on Open care, however it was not. I expected a call from the clinic, but never did. Got my receipt only when my husband asked. It will be nice to receive follow-up to avoid missing time-sensitive claims. Thanks!

Right at the appointment time, I was asked to reschedule since it was not booked directly through them. Dentist was not available. Hygienist was available who was starting late since they were unaware of my appointment. Better communication is needed between opencare and tge dental clinics to ensure a smooth appointment set up. Their x-ray machine appeared to be outdated since it did not reach the patient bed. For a complete x-ray it took place at all different spot in the clinic. Not so happy with the communication and overall treatment.
