it was alright, although it was not dr. chan who performed my cleaning as i expected and while my last visit was 40$, i paid 106$ this year, all with cdcp. i guess depends on the place.

I went for a scan for any possible Invisalign treatment and the scanner did not work. They said it hasn’t been working from last few days yet they still went ahead and did my remaining x-ray and everything else without notifying especially their scanner wasn’t working and needed the follow up appointment. Why would they do the radiographs? I just wish they could explain the billing process before charging the enormous amount even though most of it was covered by the insurance provider I still feel it’s unfair for the clients to pay for something that wasn’t even completed

Rescheduled my appointment and then when I had an emergency and could not make it I was threatened with a no show be. I came in and was waiting a while to be seen and my appointment took a lot longer than anticipated. I asked for a bill to me emailed and did not receive it.

Dr.Wong was amazing in explaining what needed to be done and receptionist and hygenist are very nice and informative. the lady that did my initial assestment explained to me all the things happening to.

Prices were explained clearly in advance, and the dentist was professional and friendly. Great experience!

Reception was very helpful and kind, I had questions about my coverage and they were addressed promptly. The hygenist asked me if I wanted specific treatments included, I was unsure if what whe was asking me about was included in the quote I received from reception, 3 times she asked about different treatments and 3 times I asked her to check with reception on wethr or not what she was asking about was included in my quote. It was awkward and confusing and I feel could have been handeled better.

Everything went well from the staff to the procedure. It was a great experience, will be referring them for sure.. heads up though the entry to the facility from the road is a bit tricky so you have to be observant.

A someone who has a lot of anxiety about the dentist this was a really enjoyable experience! The staff was kind and patient. They also took the time to explain why I need to change certain habits and exactly what would happen. I mentioned I had sensitive teeth and in the care package they gave me toothpaste for that particular issue! 10/10 would recommend
