Dr Mona Kaur explained me the importance of regular dental care and her advice just changed my perspective. She provided very good details about my dental health and the cleaning procedures were painless.

I can’t say enough great things about this practice. It had been over 5 years since I had seen a dentist and I was definitely nervous. The receptionist was warm, professional, and attentive. She let me know right away that the staff was coming back from lunch and would be a few minutes and checked that I had filled out necessary paperwork and gave me an additional health form. About 5 minutes later; The assistant came to get me while I was still filling out the form. There was an episode of the barefoot contesta on the TV as the assistant took x-rays. She was extremely kind and easily made conversation about cooking which helped keep me calm. She was very kind and professional while putting me at ease. The office also had a full window with tall trees outside the window. Then I went into a different room to see the dentist. She was kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. She answered all my questions, did not try to push me to get rid of my wisdom teeth but provided me with the information so I could make the best decision for my dental health. It really was a wonderful dental experience and I am so glad that I found Smile32 Family Dentistry. I’ve already referred two people.

Just moved to Fremont and was looking for a new dentist. This office had amazing service, friendly staff, and exquisite care! Excited to come back in 6 months!

Informative, friendly and knowledgable environment.

The staff was friendly and cordial, the cleaning went well, and provided me answers to all the questions i had. But, i havent received my x-ray reports, inspite of multiple calls and emails, they havent responded and its difficult to get in touch with them to collect reports for which i am charged. its been 10 days and haven't heard from them.

Great staff, Dr. Mona sounded very knowledgeable. She explained what all the issues thoroughly.

I had a great experience at Smile32. My daughter who is 8 year old goes to Smile32. I was very anxious before my appointment but the experience was beyond my expectation and I loved how courteous Dr. Kaur is. She is AWESOME!!!

It was a nice experience. Everything was taken care of quickly. Dr. Mona was very transparent and detailed in explaining what is critical and what can be postponed.

Had a routine visit with Dr. Mona Kaur. She was very friendly and was very honest about the required procedures and the once she wouldn’t suggest. This was such a refresher from the dentist I had met before.

Both Dr. Kaur and her assistant Mina (spelling?) were very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job and answered all my questions in detail.
