Dr. Jiaying Ren

Dr. Jiaying Ren was raised in Chongqing, China before moving to Illinois. As a third-generation dentist, dentistry has always been a meaningful part of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Illinois—where she also met her husband, Dr. Christopher Probst. Having once been self-conscious about her own teeth, Dr. Ren underwent both traditional braces and Invisalign to achieve her ideal smile. Her personal transformation fueled her passion for esthetic dentistry and Invisalign treatment. She believes everyone deserves to feel confident in their smile. In 2025, Dr. Ren achieved her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a prestigious distinction that requires 500 hours of continuing education across all areas of general dentistry and passing a comprehensive exam equivalent in difficulty to board certification. Outside the office, Dr. Ren enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with Dr. Probst and their French bulldogs—including @Little_Mr_Wrigley, who you can find on Instagram!
