This was the best dental experience I’ve had.

My doctor and hygienist was so good and thoughtful when it came to my cleaning and treatment. My hygienist was very good with my cleaning

I felt really welcome. I didn't know what to expect, but it was a nice experience and I look forward to working with them in the future.

My first visit here went exceptionally well. I was greeted by several staff while waiting to be called back (which wasn’t long at all!). Everyone was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were seeing as well as treatment plans. The environment was well maintained and modern. Overall, I enjoyed my visit today.

I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist to due a previous bad experience a few years ago. I explained this to the staff members at Spectacular Smiles and they did everything to make this a pain free and comfortable visit for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist. It was honestly well worth my 2 hour drive from Oklahoma and I will make that drive every time I need dental work done from now on.

Good first visit

All the staff was top tier, the doctor and the assistance were very knowledgeable and very detailed. They did stuff that I never did when going to the dentist it’s was a good experience and I’m definitely going back to my check up appointment that’s been already set!! Highly recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for a great dentist.

I did not get regular cleaning since team did not want to do regular cleaning because they felt I needed deep cleaning. deep cleaning was around 500$ after insurance part, I did not do deep cleaning. so overall I did not get any treatment done except for X-Rays done

I got my deep cleaning done there . The doctors here are very thorough, know their work and extremely respectful towards the patients’ decisions, while maintaining the hygiene and health as their top priority. For a dentist appointment, it was a plainless and very friendly experience over all. Definitely would recommend to others.

My experience at Dr. Paul Esteso’s office was excellent. I originally booked my appointment through the OpenCare platform, and the entire process—from scheduling to confirmation—was smooth and well-coordinated between OpenCare and Dr. Paul’s office. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, especially Deborah, who took the time to walk me through the details of my next appointment, the estimated costs, and the recommended treatment plan. Her guidance made everything clear and easy to understand. Rasha was my hygienist and handled all my X-rays and 3D imaging. She was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. One thing that surprised me was that Dr. Esteso did not personally review my X-rays during this visit. Instead, another dentist—likely Dr. Seider—came in to explain my dental health status and review the findings. The explanation was helpful and professional, but since I had booked specifically with Dr. Esteso, I was not expecting another doctor to step in. That said, the care I received was still great, and I appreciate the team’s effort and expertise. Overall, I had a positive experience and will be returning for my future treatments.

The facility is clean and has a great vibe. The staff are friendly and they listen to your requests and accommodate it. Everybody are welcoming and take good care of you.

I'm new to Frisco and needed a dentist. Picking one from a search seemed like a needle in a haystack to find someone good, that I liked. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to Paul Esteso's office and was greeted kindly by the staff. Everyone was courteous and attentive, including Dr Esteso. My treatment was pain-free and efficient but thorough. I will be making this office mine for as long as I am here in Texas.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Esteso explained my treatment plan clearly and I felt completely at ease. The clinic is clean, modern and the use of te technology made my experience efficient and comfortable.

Great experience with the entire staff

The entire staff was amazing! Dr. Esteso has a great team on his hands. My hygienist specifically was the best hygienist I have ever been to. She was so knowledgeable and genuinely showed care for me. The front desk staff was also so incredibly friendly and had so much patience with me and my many questions. What a great practice!
