Dr. Israa Fakhri

Went to Lily Dental after a referral via Opencare. Had a really good experience, but did not see Dr. Israa Fakhri, a man saw me instead, he was awesome but it would have been good to know which dentist I was actually seeing ahead of time.

Very polite and attentive Dentist and staff. The only reason I'm not giving a "great" review is because they had a small mix up with my booking and showed up late. Not the end of the world and they were very apologetic. These things happen. Clean, sanitary environment and very competent Dentistry.

I am an anxious patient at every single visit to the dentist. The gentleman that treated me today was incredible! He was extremely gentle with freezing, I was amazed! He was so patient and understanding to my anxiety trigger points, giving me a moment when needed. All of his staff, especially front reception were warm and welcoming. The hygienist Christine made me feel no judgement for how long I had neglected to visit a dentist due to my fears. The atmosphere was comfortable as could be. I will be returning to Lily dental and highly recommend them for anxious patients. Thanks for amazing service guys! 10 out of 10 for me!!
