The office was easy to get to, and booking the appointment was really easy. They walked me through the entire process including x-rays, examination, and cleaning. The entire process was pain free and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

This was literally the most relaxing dental visit I have ever had. From The moment I entered the office til the time I left, I was confident that it was going to be a good experience! Brittany was my Hygienist and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience! She explained everything in detail; from X-Rays to Fluoride Treatment and made the visit feel like I’d already been her patient! Dr. Garach was very thorough with her examination and confirmed the treatment plan that Brittany had recommended. All-in-all, best visit ever!!!

I had a wonderful experience here, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, but especially to those with dental anxiety or those who haven't been to the dentist in a long time. I had avoided the dentist for ten years, partially due to lack of insurance for some of that, then later anxiety about going back. Everyone I interacted with at Queen King Dental treated me with care and respect. Not once was I made to feel bad about neglecting dental visits for so long. The hygenist who did my initial exam and cleaning, Brittany, offered me a series of sensory items to help mitigate anxiety. I forget now everything they had available, but I did use a weighted blanket during my cleaning to help keep me calm and relaxed. Everyone told me ahead of time what they were going to do so I knew what to expect. They didn't linger in my mouth longer than necessary. I was able to stay pretty calm despite my dental anxieties. Brittany also showed me photos of my teeth to explain her concerns and what we can do about it, and she got me to hold a mirror while demonstrating how to use a specific cleaning tool. She explained everything very thoroughly. I appreciate being informed about my teeth and their care. I remember previous dental visits at other clinics not having any idea what was happening; not even knowing which teeth were getting fillings. But here I was in the loop every step of the way and got personalized care and advice for my specific needs. The method of cleaning used here is very gentle and pain-free. I remember previous dental visits elsewhere being full of sharp metal instruments and blood. Here the cleaning was not at all painful, if anything it tickled at times. The plaque on my teeth was stained with a dye to make it visible, then cleaned with pressurized water. (I'm sure there's more to it than that but that's my layman's understanding). It was the most pleasant dental cleaning I've ever had. Taking care of one's teeth is so important to maintaining overall health, and I am so grateful to everyone at Queen King Dental for helping me get back on track. Anyone with dental anxiety, anyone who has been avoiding the dentist, will benefit greatly from the care and clear communication that the team here displays.

The staff at Queen King Dental are wonderful, skilled, personable, and welcoming. Going to the dentist isn't always the most exciting activity, but the staff at QKD were so kind and patient. Dr. Simali explained all the procedures she recommended and answered all my questions. The procedures were carried out quickly, and painlessly. The staff were super attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

Every staff member I met was helpful and thorough, I felt welcomed and received good care. Looking forward to future appointments. Since it's the week before the holidays, it was a bit busy and scattered but I think it's better than it being a ghost town! Fees were clear when I made the appointment, and when I added a cleaning to this one - and any questions I had were answered happily.
