Very welcoming

I went in for standard routine cleaning and exam. They immediately took X-rays and asked if X-rays and cleaning was included for today. The lady who did X-ray confirmed that yes it's all included in the exam. I also found it odd that the dentist came before the cleaning, but Dr vishay explained that they did it for education to show before and after. She showed the X-rays, suggested redoing some fillings and explained what she saw in x-rays. And I trusted her that they were going to show me the before and after results. However, things got very weird when the hygienist came, who did not introduce herself, immediately started counting random numbers, stabbing my gums at a rapid machine gun pace. Sometimes she stabbed my gums, sometimes she stabbed on teeth with her metal tool. The pace of counting was so fast that there was plenty of room for human error. No more than 2 minutes pass to rattle off at least 130ish numbers or so. She says there's bacteria and explains she'll do the cleaning and I confirm that this is covered and free with my insurance because I've never needed numbing agents for a standard cleaning. This time, she says she doesn't know and I politely explain the inconsistency in communication. She abruptly walks away saying "I'll get someone to explain the insurance." The whole time she seems emotionally flooded and I never even saw her face. The receptionist comes to the dental chair, says that the hygenist made a diagnosis (based on those few seconds of poking) and explains they are incapable of doing the standard dental cleaning that I was promised in the beginning of my appointment. Absolutely nothing was done as promised and the only before and after is that they prob screwed me over by billing my insurance and missed out on a dental cleaning I could've got elsewhere. Highly discourage anyone from coming here.

The check was comprehensive and the treatment options were detailed and planned for upto a year.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-organized, and my appointment ran on time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care.
