All of the staff were very friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

After we got done with my exam, they asked me to wait 20 minutes for my cleaning however, time just passed and passed and they never came in. I had to go to the front desk to consult with a manager.

Gabby was really attentive and did a great job with my deep clean. Dr Lee could have taken more time to explain my treatment plan and areas of concern. Other than that every one else was great.

Great staff, broke everything down for me and shared costs before hand!

They were very professional, but when they would call they would come off as kind of rude.

They were very fast, but it didn't feel rushed. I got there 15 minutes early, and they saw me immediately, completing everything from X-rays to photos to cleaning to treatment consultation very quickly. They were also very kind, and I never felt like I was just one patient between many others for any of the staff members. I'd recently had a bad experience at another dental office that made me scared to go to the dentist honestly, and they made it feel normal again. I'm very grateful for that because I do care about my oral health and know that it's safe in their hands :)

Good location

I had a very good experience at my appointment. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. I really appreciated how technologically advanced the practice is, it was impressive and interesting to see my teeth in such detail. I was given the option to remove a retainer I’ve had for a long time, and I appreciated that I was given time to think about it with no pressure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend this practice to a friend.

I had such a great experience! I have been raving all day about my time at the dentist and nobody could believe the amenities available. The staff was so caring and attentive during my time there and I am actually looking forward to the next time I have to go!
